    Closing date for the above mentioned project has been postponed until July 12th, 2:00 PM.

    The project includes, without limitation, moving the location of the controlroom in the conference center of the John H. Chapman Space Center. In addition to reviewing the position of the premises, the agency will replace almost all the audiovisualsystem to go digital signal.
    
    Contractor is also to carry out the integration of the audiovisual devices, the programming of the control system and of the lighting (control only) and includes the responsibility for the final audiovisual configuration.
    
    It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at 6767 route de l’aéroport, Saint-Hubert, Québec, J3Y 8Y9 on June 28th at 10H00 am.
    
    Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority nolater than 48hrs before thevisit to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend, the company’s name, vehicle brand, and plate number. Visitors will be required to provide a piece of I.D. with picture.
