    Nature of Requirements: 
    The project consists of replacing existing terminal units of the
    office sector (from Basement to third floor) with new terminal
    units and replacing the existing pneumatic thermostats by new
    digital ones.
    
    Total  estimate for the contract is between $1 000 001 and $5
    000 000.
    
    An optional site visit will be held on August 22nd, 2012 at
    10:00 am.  The meeting point will be at 1001 St-Laurent in
    Longueuil (the reception of the building).

    procurement.  Documents may be submitted in either official

    are issued by Public Works and Government Services Canada
    (PWGSC) and may be viewed on the MERX electronic bulletin board
    as part of the information module.  
    
    Statements of Works and plans may be view at the following

    Montréal, PWGSC at Place Bonaventure, South East Portal, 800 de
    la Gauchetière Street West, suite 7300, Montréal.
    
    Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and
    downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard
    paper version. Tenderers should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1)
    contains the Drawings and Specifications Package (DSP) which
    consists of PDF files organized in an industry recognized
    directory structure
