Nature of Requirements: 
This requirement consists in issuing Supply Arrangements (SA)
for the services of general contractors  services.  A Supply
Arrangement is a method of supply where the Department of Public
Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), under the
framework of the arrangement,  may solicit bids from a pool of
prescreened vendors.  

The Supply Arrangement  will be valid for a three (3) year
period from date of award with the possibility of two (2)
optional years. The maximum allowable amount Canada can provide
following the issue of the supply arrangement is estimated at
14.5 million dollars (GST and/or HST included).

The work involved in this arrangement request will be carried
out at the federal buildings located at 715 Peel Street, 4225
Dorchester Boulevard and 315 René-Lévesque West Boulevard in
Montreal.

Contractors will be qualified in accordance with the mandatory
requirements established in the supply arrangement request, a
technical assessment and in holding a valid Designated
Organization Screening in regard to security requirements.

A supply arrangement will be issued to the firms that meet the
mandatory requirements, have obtained at least 60 percent for
each evaluation criteria and 70 percent for the evaluation
criteria in general and meeting the security requirements.

A notice will be published for each bid solicitation involving
the use of a permanent source list for supply arrangement
holders in regard to transparency.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
