Trade Agreement: WTO-AGP/NAFTA/AIT/Canada FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama Tendering Procedures: Attachment: YES (MERX) Electronic Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: The work covered by this contract consists of rehabilitation and reconstruction of water mains in the penitentiary complex Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines. The project includes mainly, but is not limited: the arrangement of a new building; the rehabilitation of existing buildings; the arrangement of lagoons; the dismantling of the current process chain; various site layout including an access road; the installation of process equipment and other electromechanical equipment; and the development of a confinement system for chemical delivery. Total estimate for the contract is more than $5,000,000. Site Visit : There will be an optional (but strongly recommended) site visit to be held on October 15, 2014 at 10:00 am. The meeting point will be at Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines Complex, 244 Montée Gagnon in Ste-Anne-des-Plaines (QC), J0N 1H0 Contractor personnel shall submit to a local verification of identity or information by Correctional Service Canada (CSC) prior to admittance to the facility/site. Correctional Service Canada reserves the right to deny access to any facility/site part thereof of any Contractor personnel, at any time.
