Nature of Requirements: 
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Request for Standing Offer for the services
of a firm specialized in health and safety on construction sites
capable of providing technical expertise for the health and
safety management aspects of various construction projects.

The firm selected will be required to provide services on demand
and will receive call-ups from the health and safety
co-ordinator or from PWGSC project managers in the Quebec Region.

The firm selected must be able to reconcile provincial and
federal requirements in matters of health and safety.

Standing Offer period is one (1) year with the possibility of
two (2) individual optional years.

This procurement is subject to SECURITY REQUIREMENTS.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following
cost category:
250 001$ - 500 000$.

The contractor will be selected following an evaluation based on
mandatory and rated requirements, as well as a financial
analysis.
