Janitorial Service -- Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, Ottawa

Request for proposal to supply janitorial services for the Central Experimental Farm in Ottawa (Ontario), as per the Statement of Work.

Contract period is two (2) years with three (3) individual optional years. 

Site Visit : There will be a MANDATORY site visit to be held on July 26, 2018 at 1:00 pm.  The meeting point will be at KW Neatby Building (Security Dest, Main Lobby) at 960 Carling Avenue in Ottawa (ON), K1A 0C6.

It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site.  Bidders who do not attend or send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment and their bids will be rejected as non-compliant.  Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.

This procurement is subject to SECURITY REQUIREMENTS.

The contractor will be selected following an evaluation based on the minimum mandatory requirements, a numerical score for operational criteria, qualitative and a financial analysis.
