Trade Agreement: Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Closing date for this project has been postponed until May 20, 2016, 2:00pm *********************************************** Office expansion and stairs replacement, Varennes (Quebec) Work of this Contract comprises the construction of an office expansion and stairs replacement for CanmetENERGY / Natural Ressources Canada at 1615 Blvd. Lionel-Boulet, Varennes (Quebec). The Work consists of the extension of the existing building to add new offices, and the replacement of part of the existing interior staircase leading to the roof. The addition of a second exterior stair between the lower roof to the higher roof is also part of the project. The Work includes the materials, scaffolding, labour, tools, equipment, machinery, transport, temporary work and services and supervision required for the performance of the architectural, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical work, including demolition work, all of which shall conform to the applicable conditions in the drawings, specifications and documents indicated in this project manual, including work which is implicitly required and necessary for the completion of the Work. Construction Work includes the following, without being limited to: • All related work in areas not included in this project but being affected because of it. • Repairs made necessary because of connections required. There will be an optional site visit on April 26, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. Interested bidders are to meet at 1615 Blvd. Lionel-Boulet, Varennes (Quebec).
