    Replacing controls, Dorval, Quebec
    
    The project involves modernizing the automatic control system at 700 
    Place Leigh-Capreol in Dorval, home to Transport Canada's office space. 
    The Siemens control system in place installed by ACCS. The Group is 
    close to the end of its useful life estimated by the ASHRAE of 15 
    years. The architecture of the building management network has 19 DDC controllers associated with mechanical systems, 5 NCRS network op
    erators and one operator station in the OPSIS workshop in the basement. 
    The architecture also includes a new TALON manager from Niagara to 
    communicate with the new 250 ton centrifugal cooler. The whole must be 
    replaced. Controls associated with ventilation systems, heating and 
    cooling water systems are to be replaced. In addition, the whole 
    network of VAV boxes has to be integrated as it is with the new control 
    system.
