Construction Testing Laboratory
Highway 15, Construction of a temporary Causeway-Bridge between
Nuns' Island and the island of Montreal.

As part of the Construction of a Causeway-Bridge between Nuns'
Island and the island of Montréal, a request for proposal is
raised for the services of testing laboratory.  Services are
required from August 1st, 2013 and July 31st, 2015
approximately. 
The request for proposals details the technical and financial
requirements.

This solicitation is not subject to any Agreements.

Canada reserves the right to negotiate provisions of any
contract with suppliers. Proposals may be submitted in either
official language. 

This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in
both official languages
