AMENDMENT 02

The purpose of this amendment is to publish the Annex D referenced in page 7 of 20, under section 3.1.1 “Electronic Payment of Invoices - Bid” and to clarify the frequency of the payments indicated in Annex B - Basis of Payment.

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), for Health Canada (HC), is requesting snow removal services for the building located at 1001 Saint-Laurent street Longueuil (Quebec).

It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit thework site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at 1001 Saint-Laurent West Blvd in Longueuil (Quebec), on Thursday September 22nd 2016. The site visit will begin at 10:00AM (EDT). Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than Friday September 16th 2016 at 5:00PM (EDT) to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend.

Duration of the contract: The contract could be awarded for a duration of two (2) years, with the possibility of extending the contract for three (3) additional periods of one (1) year each.

This request does not include a security requirement.
