DESCRIPTION

This project takes place at the Saint-Hyacinthe Research and Development centre in St-Hyacinthe.  The work to be done comprises the upgrading of 18 laboratory fumehoods, including modifications to the distribution, to the ventilation system, to the electrical system and to the architectural finishes.  The project takes place at the ground level and 1st floor of the existing building, it also includes work on roof.

RDC: 62.3 m2 
First floor : 136.2 m2 
Roof : 106.m2 
Total : 304.5

CALENDAR : The Construction period is estimated at a maximum of one hundred-fifty-one (151) WORKING days.

SITE VISIT : There will be an optional site visit on Tuesday, February 21st 2017 at 10h00AM. Interested bidders are to meet at 3600 Casavant Ouest, St-Hyacinthe (Que.), J2S 8E3.

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS 
At bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Security Clearance as indicated in section SC01 of the Supplementary Conditions. Failure to comply with this requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further consideration will be given to the Bid.
