The works consist primarily of, but not limited to, conducting inspections, periodic maintenance, testing, and reporting in accordance wi
th the requirements of CAN-ULC-S536 to verify and maintain the 
equipment of the fire alarm system in proper working order.

Contract period is three (3) years.

An OPTIONAL VISIT will be held on August 16, 2017 at 10h00am. Meeting point will be at 1001 St-Laurent West in Longueuil (QC), J4K 1C7. Pl
ease ask for Michel Brière at the entrance.

Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from 
the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid 
solicitation.

This procurement is subject to SECURITY REQUIREMENTS.

The contractor will be selected following an evaluation based on the minimum mandatory requirements and a financial analysis.

Public Works and Government Services Canada provides services in Canada's two official languages.
