Addendum 01: Plan C03 - Civil Engineering - Main yard and parking lot - Details

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) requires the services of a contractor for the rehabilitation of the main yard perimeter as well as modification work on the existing island in the exterior parking at Joliette Establishment for Correctionnal Service Canada.

The contractor must perform and complete the work within 12 weeks form the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.

An OPTIONAL VISIT will be held on May 22, 2018 at 10h00. Meeting point will be at Joliette Establishment, 400 Marsolais Street, Joliette, Quebec, J6E 8V4.Please ask for Yves Lefebvre,project authority at the entrance. 

The request to access a federal institution fo each individual attending the site visit should be provided to the contracting authority by Mai 16,2018 at noon in order to gain access to the site.

Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.

This procurement is not subject to security related requirements. However,contractor personnel shall submit to a verification of identity / information by CSC, and must adhere to institutional requirement for the conduct of searches prior to admittance to the institution/site.

The contractor will be selected following an evaluation based on the  mandatory requirements and a financial analysis.

Public Works and Government Services Canada provides services in Canada's two official languages.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
