    WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS
    The work covered by this contract is to provide Janitorial
    Services including all labour, material and equipment for Public
    Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), Health Canada
    Building, located at 1001 St-Laurent West, Longueuil (Quebec)
    Canada. The services must be provided in accordance with all
    sections and appendices included in the Specifications of the
    Request for Proposal. Total area for the janitorial services is
    10,000 square meters.

    The estimated value of that project is between 1,000,000$ and
    2,000,000$
    
    The period of any resulting Contract shall be for a period of
    two (2) years from issuance date, with three (3) options to
    extend the contract each for an additional consecutive twelve
    (12) month period.
    
    SITE VISIT
    It is MANDATORY that the bidder attend the site visit at the
    designated date and time to examine the scope of the work
    required and the existing conditions. The mandatory site visit
    will be held on October 7th, 2015, at 10h00 am, located at
    Health Canada Building, 1001 St-Laurent West, Longueuil, Québec,
    Canada. Bidders who, for any reason, cannot attend at the
    specified date and time will not be given an alternative
    appointment to view the site and their proposals, therefore,
    will be considered as non-responsive.
    
    MANDATORY SPECIAL INSTRUCTION FOR THE OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:
    With respect to the visit by the bidders, each person wishing to
    be present on the project site is required to submit to a
    security check prior to the visit.Bidders must confirm their
    presence to Mr Marc Joseph           
    (marc.joseph@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca) and Cc. Mr. Michel Berthiaume

    (annie.boucher@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca) at least two (2) days before
    the visit and have in their possession a valid photo ID on the
    day of the visit.
    
    The contractor will be selected following an evaluation based on
    the mandatory requirements, technical requirements and a
    financial analysis.

    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
    procurement.
