Trade Agreement: Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Attachment: None Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Request for Contratct to provide all tools, equipment and labour necessary for the maintenance, inspection and repair of steam boilers and their controls described in Statement of Work for The Ministery of National Defence of Canada, St-Jean Garnison. The contract will be valid for one (1) year with the possibility of 3 years of option one (1) year each. The estimated cost for this opportunity is between $ 100,001.00 and $ 250,000.00. The bidder who meets all the mandatory qualifications and has the lowest cost proposal and highest combined rating will be deemed the winner. The weighting for the proposals will be 60% for technical merit and 40% for weighted price. Firms that elect to base their bids on tender documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk and will be solely responsible to inform the tender calling authority of their intention to bid. The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada. Standard terms and conditions for this procurement are incorporated by reference into, and form part of, the tender and contract documents. The standard documents are issued by Public Works and Government Services Canada and may be viewed on the MERX electronic bulletin board as part of the information module.
