    Government of Canada is moving its Government Electronic
    Tendering Service from MERX to Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders on June
    1, 2013

    Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders.
    
    The Government Electronic Tendering Service on
    Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders will be the sole authoritative source
    for Government of Canada tenders that are subject to trade
    agreements or subject to departmental policies that require
    public advertising of tenders.

    After June 1, 2013, all tenders and related documents and

    The Department of National Defence must enter into a contract
    with a supplier to mow the grass and maintain the grounds of the
    Farnham Garrison.  For the area 1 (administrative) of the
    Farnham Garrison: mowing the grass in the area, mowing the grass
    in ditches and along roads (gravel shoulder), clearing the brush
    around all facilities and adjacent obstacles.
    
    The period of the contract is two (2) years from the date of
    contract award with the possibility of one option for one (1)
    year.
    
    The estimated cost for this opportunity is between $100 001 and
    $250 000.
    
    Optional Site Visit
    It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the
    Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for a
    tour of the work site. The site visit will be held on:

    Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting
    Authority 2 day(s) before the scheduled visit to confirm
    attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will
    attend. Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance form.
    Bidders who do not attend or send a representative will not be
    given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded
    from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid
    solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as
    an amendment to the bid solicitation.
