Summary of work:
The Department of National Defence must enter into a contract
with a supplier to mow the grass and maintain the grounds of the
Montréal Garnison, 6769, Notre-Dame, Montréal, Québec, 
H1N 2E9, acording to the description of work and plan attached
in Annex A and D.

Optional Site Visit:
It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit the work site.  Arrangements have been made for a
tour of the work site.  The site visit will be held on May 6 at
10:00, National Defence and the Canadian Armed Forces, Montreal
Garnison, 6769, Notre-Dame Est, Montreal, H1N 3R9.  Bidders must
communicate with Gérald Poirier at 514-252-2777 (6316) no later
tha 2 days befor the scheduled visit to confirm attendance and
provide the name of the person who will attend the name of the
company and license plate number.

Bidders who dot not attend or send a representative will not be
giver an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded
from submitting a bid.  Any clarifications or changes to the bid
solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as
an amendment to the bid solicitation.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is betwe:$250 001 and
500 000$.
