Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is inviting
consulting firms in architecture in order to submit proposals
for standing offer.  This request for standing offer will follow
a single phase process of proposal submissions.  The selected
consultants shall provide a range of services as identified in
the Required Services (RS) section of this document.  Regarding
for projects for the Canadian Space Agency (CSA), John H.
Chapman Building at 6767, route de l'Aéroport, St-Hubert, Québec.
It is PWGSC's intention to authorize up to one (1) Standing
Offer, each for a period of two (2) years.  From the date of
issuing the Standing Offers subject to three (3) additional
periods of one year each.  The total value of all Standing
Offers I estimated to be $300 000.00 (Applicable Taxes
included).  Individual call-ups will vary, up to a maximum of
$40 000.00 (Applicable Taxes included).
The CSA cannot assess the volume of projects that will be
requested from the firm.  It will vary depending on the
operational requirements and applications made by the various
programs operating within the CSA.
Proponents shall be licensed or eligible to be licensed to
practice in the province of Quebec.  Architectural firms should
be able to demonstrate that they have provided these services
successfully in a wide range of projects.  We will evaluate the
firm and its staff bases on "Submission Requirements and
Evaluation (SRE)" as mentionned in this application.

Addenda, when issued, will be available from the website service
provider.  Firms that elect to base their bids on tender
documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk
and will be solely responsible to inform the tender calling
authority of their intention to bid.
