CONSTRUCTION HEALTH AND SAFETY SERVICES

Request for Standing Offers for the services of a firm specializing in health and safety on construction sites capable of providing technical expertise for the health and safety management aspects of various construction projects.

The selected firm will be required to provide services on demand and will receive call-ups from the health and safety co-ordinator or from Public Services and Procurement Canada(PSPC) project managers in the Quebec Region.

PSPC intends the Standing Offer to run for two (2) years with the two year option of 12 months each.

Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Quebec Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority.

Suppliers are required to submit offers electronically using the Canada Post epost Connect application to respond to this Request for Standing Offer. This service allows suppliers to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level.
