Trade Agreement: CFTA / FTAs with Peru / Colombia / Panama / Korea Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Repair of Workshop and Warehouse - Montréal Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) requires construction services of a contractor. The work involves repairing the workshops and warehouses at 1156 Mill Street in Montreal. These facilities are used by the Parks Canada Canal System Maintenance Team. In Building 1, we find office spaces, common areas, storage spaces and various workshops. These major works include interventions in architecture, structure and electro mechanics. OPTIONAL SITE VISIT There will be an optional site visit on March 10 at 10:00 AM. The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada. Standard terms and conditions for this procurement are incorporated by reference into, and form part of, the tender and contract documents.
