    Repair of Workshop and Warehouse - Montréal
    
    Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) requires construction services of a contractor.  The work involves repairing the workshops and warehouses at 1156 Mill Street in Montreal. These facilities are used by the Parks Canada Canal System Maintenance Team. In Building 1, we find office spaces, common areas, storage spaces and various workshops. These major works include interventions in architecture, structure and electro mechanics.
    
    OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
    There will be an optional site visit on March 10 at 10:00 AM.

    CONSTRUCTION TIME
    The Contractor must perform and complete the Work within 110 working days from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.
