Trade Agreement: Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: EF997-160713/A TITLE: Work for upgrading to standards Phase II, Sept-Îles terminal, Québec PROJECT DESCRIPTION More precisely, the work includes the following : Work for upgrading to standards Phase II, Sept-Îles terminal, Québec, for Transport Canada. Work in this contract comprises partial repair of building envelop, as well as interior architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical for maintenance, security and asset maintenance. There is no site visit scheduled for this project. MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE - The Bidder shall enclose bid security with its bid. MANDATORY CRITERIA PRIOR TO CONTRACT AWARD - INTEGRITY PROVISIONS: Bidders must provide with their bid or promptly thereafter a complete list of names of all individuals who are currently directors of the Bidder. If the required names have not been received by the time the evaluation of bids is completed, Canada will inform the Bidder of a time frame within which to provide the information. Failure to provide the names within the time-frame specified will render the bid non-responsive. Canada may, at any time, request that a Bidder provide properly completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a Criminal Record Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals mentioned above within a specified time frame. Failure to provide such Consent Forms within the time frame provided, or failure to cooperate to the verification process will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. PERIOD OF WORK Construction schedule is planned for 13 weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer. BUDGET The budget, for this project, is between 1 000 001 $ and 5 000 000 $ (Taxes extra) INQUIRIES All enquiries regarding this tender, are to be submitted in writing to the Contractual Authority : Camille Ghali, Supply officer at camille.ghali@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca. Drawings and specifications are now available for viewing and downloading in PDF format. Bidders should take note that attachment contains the full set of drawings and specifications, which consist of PDF files organized in an industry-standard directory structure. Addenda, when issued, will be available from the same site. Firms that elect to base their bids on tender documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk and will be solely responsible to inform the tender calling authority of their intention to bid. Drawings and specifications may be view at the following locations : Association de la Construction du Québec (ACQ), Association patronale des entrepreneurs du Québec (APECQ) at Chemin de la Savane, Montréal. BID RECEIVING Sealed tenders will be received in English or French at the address mentioned below: Public Works and Government Services Canada, Place Bonaventure, South-East Portal, 800 de La Gauchetière Street West, Suite 7300, Montreal, Quebec H5A 1L6. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
