    TITLE: 
    Stabilization of the masonry of the facade - 715 Peel
    
    PROJECT DESCRIPTION
    
    More precisely, the work includes the following:
    
    The projected works under the current mandate are to secure the building’s masonry facade located at 715 Peel Street in Montreal. The works will involve the establishment of helical and threaded anchor in order to provide a lateral restraint to the existing and weakened masonry elements. Furthermore, repointing works will be performed as directedby the ministerial representative. To carry out the works, the contractor has to consider works in height in a quadrilateral with heavy traffic.
    
    Being a project linked to a heritage building, located at 715 Peel Street Montreal, some specific featureswill be required, such as, skills for masonry work at heritage building. To verify this criteria, the Contractor shall provide WITH his bid submission, his CV demonstrating that he has worked on similar projects and of heritage nature. Also, the contractor must demonstrate that he has at least ten (10) years of experience in masonry restoration of historical works in brick and stone.
    
    There is a site visit scheduled for this project.
    There will be an optional (but highly recommended) site visit on July 8th, 2016 at 10:00 am (local). Interested bidders are to meet at the main entrance of the 715 Peel, Montréal, Québec, H3C 4H6.
    
    
    MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE
    
    - The Bidder shall enclose bid security with its bid.
    
    
    MANDATORY CRITERIA PRIOR TO CONTRACT AWARD
    
    - INTEGRITY PROVISIONS:
    
    Bidders must provide with their bid or promptly thereafter a complete list of names of all individuals who are currently directors of the Bidder. If the required names have not been received by the timethe evaluation of bids is completed, Canada will inform the Bidder of a time frame within which to provide the information. Failure to provide the names within the time-frame specified will render the bid non-responsive.
    
    Canada may, at any time, request that a Bidder provide properly completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a Criminal Record Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals mentioned above within a specified time frame. Failure to provide such Consent Forms within the time frame provided, or failure to cooperate to the verification process will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.
    
    
    PERIOD OF WORK
    
    Construction work must be completed no later than [eighty] [80] working days from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.
