INSTALLATION OF A FENCE AROUND THE CSA
Canadian Space Agency (CSA) - John H. Chapman Center, 6767 route de l'aéroport in Longueuil (St-Hubert), J3Y 8Y9

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
- Work under this contract consists primarily, but not are not limited to the installation of a fence around the property of the ASC for a distance of approximately 2.5 km. 

- It includes the construction of a gravel road along the fence, the addition of poles with cameras, and the redevelopment of the main entranceto the parking lot, including the construction of a guardhouse for the control of access to visitors, suppliers and employees.

- The Work includes materials, scaffolding, labor, machinery, equipm
ent, machinery, transportation, temporary works, temporary services and 
supervision necessary for the execution of work, Architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and civil engineering including demolition, all in accordance with the applicable conditions of the drawings, specifications and documentsreferred to in these specifications, including the works and services implicitly required and nece
ssary for the completion of works.

Construction includes, but is not limited to:
.1 All required interventions in areas not included in the work, affected by related work
.2 All repairs resulting from demolition or connection work.


THERE IS A SITE VISIT SCHEDULED FOR THIS PROJECT
Site Visit : There will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on Friday April 21st, 2017 at 10:00 am.  
The meeting point will be at the main rotunda of the Canadian Space Agency, 6767 route de l'aéroport in Longueuil (St-Hubert), J3Y 8Y9.

MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE

- The Bidder shall enclose bid security with its bid.

MANDATORY CRITERIA PRIOR TO CONTRACT AWARD

- INTEGRITY PROVISIONS:

Bidders must provide with their bid or promptly thereafter a complete list of names of all individuals who are currently directors of the Bidder.If the required names have not been received by the time the evaluation of bidsis completed, Canada will inform the Bidder of a time frame 
within which to provide the information. Failure to provide the names within the time-frame specified will renderthe bid non-responsive.

Canada may, at any time, request that a Bidder provide properly completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a Criminal Record Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals mentioned above within a specified time frame. Failure to provide such Consent Forms within the time frame provided, or failure to cooperate to the v
erification process will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.

The Contractor must, at the Contractor's expense, obtain and maintain insurance contracts in accordance with the requirementsof the Certificate of Insurance. 

PERIOD OF WORK
The work must be completed within 25 weeks from the date of contract award.
