Title: Standing Offer for Decontamination, Demolition and Insulation Services - Quebec Region


DESCRIPTION: Request for Standing Offer for the Provision of Specialized Construction Services for the Disposal (Removal and Disposal) of Hazardous Materials Containing Primarily Asbestos, Mold, Lead and Manure and Insulation Work, demolition and / or deconstruction. 

It is PWGSC's intention to authorize up to three (4) Standing Offers, each for a period of (2) years from the date of issue with the possibility of two (2) optional years. The work will be distributed according to the proportional basis approach, i.e.: 30% of the total value awarded will be entrusted to the qualified contractor having bid the lowest price, 30% to the contractor classed second, 20% to the contractor classed third and 20% to the contractor classed fourth.

The total dollar value of all Standing Offers is estimated to be $20,000,000.00 (Taxes extra).  Proponents should note that there is no guarantee that the full or any amount of the Standing Offers will be called-up. PWGSC will award call-ups only when the specific services to be provided under the Standing Offer are needed.
