Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Quebec Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority. 

Suppliers are therefore required to submit offers electronically using the Canada Post epost Connect application to respond to this Request for Standing Offer. This service allows suppliers to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level.

PROJECT: 
Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) requires construction services of a contractor and the work that is subject of this solicitation are to perform work on the two systems 100 and 101 in order to achieve the correct external air intake flow rate indicated in the studies to allow the addition of people to the floors served by the systems concerned and to carry out the replacement of the identified components.
