A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation. NOTE TO BIDDERS: • THERE WILL BE NO PUBLIC OPENING FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS SOLICITATION. Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Quebec Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority. Suppliers are therefore required to submit offers electronically using the Canada Post epost Connect application to respond to this Request for Standing Offer. This service allows suppliers to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level. PROJECT: The Environmental Services (ES) of Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is seeking to retain the services of an environmental contractor for the remediation of the wooded sector of the Saint-Germain Foundry site in Saint-Edmond-de-Grantham. Work to be done includes deforestation of a part of the wooded sector and surface contamination removal as well as some additional tasks such as berm stabilization and seeding. Standard terms and conditions for this procurement are incorporated by reference into, and form part of, the tender and contract documents.
