THERE WILL BE NO SOLICITATION CLOSING ON AUGUST 22, 2016 AS PLANNED. AS OF TODAY, PLEASE REFER TO THE REQUEST FOR REGIONAL MASTER STANDING OFFER #E6MON-16PQVV FOR MEAT AND POULTRY PRODUCTS. THE REQUEST FOR REGIONAL INDIVIDIUAL STANDING OFFERS HAS BEEN CHANGED TO A REQUEST FOR REGIONAL MASTER STANDING OFFERS. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN THE SAME. ********************************************************************** AMENDMENT #1: The purpose of this amendment is to put online the corrected working document (price grid). Please note that quantities have changed. Please use this new Excel sheet at the presentationof your bid. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. REQUIREMENT : Provide various meat and poultry products on an as and when requested basis. DURATION: From March 1st, 2016 to February 28th, 2017 ORDERS: DND representatives will place the order no later than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the desired delivery date. URGENCY: At all times during the standing offer duration, when there is an urgent demand, the proponent(s) must commit to providing the goods within twenty-four(24) hours of receiving the purchase order. DEFERRED DELIVERY (B/O) No back orders (B/O) will be accepted. DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS Products must be delivered on palettes 48 long and 40 wide and a maximum of height of 53. The palettes will be secured (wrapped) with plastic wrap. These perishable goods will be delivered in a clean transportation unit, tempered according to the product and separately from refrigerated or frozen products even if an additional delivery is required to meet the specificconditions of these products. The supplier will provide the products according to the specifications requested in the standing offer. See appendix cuts of meat according to the Canadian Food Inspection Agency. Written evidence may be required to certify the origin of products. The supplier is responsible for picking up the empty palettes at the various delivery locations. The proponent shall provide the telephone numbers and/or pager numbers for the deliverer and follow up on deliveries. NON-COMPLIANT DELIVERY DND reserves the right to return all deliveries that do not comply with the standing offer documents. NO DELIVERIES OUTSIDE OF THESE TIMES WILL BE ACCEPTED DELIVERY - VARIOUS SITES Delivery place: Unit rations depots, building 188 Door J (at the back) Delivery times and details: Monday to Friday between 7:30 am and 3:00 pm or accordingto the instructions on the purchase order. The order shall be placed on a palette, wrapped individually in plastic wrap and the identification of the unit that made the order should be affixed. IMPORTANT The frequency varies depending on the exercises scheduled in the military activity calendar. Delivery place: Camp Vimy Delivery times and details: From Monday to Friday between 7:00 am and 11:00 am or according to the instructions on the purchase order. IMPORTANT During the summer (May, June, July and August), needs can double. Deliveryplace: Cadet Kitchen, building CC-119 Delivery times and details: From Monday to Friday between 7:00 am and 11:00 am or according to the instructions on the purchase order. IMPORTANT: During the summer (May to August), no orders will be made. This is a mandatory condition: Invoices should be sent to the address below: Regional Cadet Support Unit (Eastern) C/O Food Svcs O CWO R. Audet PO Box 100, Stn Bureau-Chef Richelain, Quebec J0J 1R0 DELIVERY - OLD QUEBEC Delivery place: Québec Citadel C-14 and C-18 Delivery times and details: From Monday to Friday between 7:00 am and 11:00 am or according to the instructions on the purchase order. IMPORTANT: You must check if your deliverytrucks can fit through the doorsto access the Citadel. This is a mandatory condition. FromJune to Labour Day, no deliveries can be accepted at Old Québec’s Citadel between 9:30 am and 11:00 am. Delivery place: Naval Reserve, Pointe-à-Carcy Delivery times and details: From Monday to Friday between 7:30 am to 11:00 or according to the instructions on the purchase order. DELIVERY - DOWNTOWN QUEBEC Delivery place: Armoury St-Malo 1020 Vincent-Massé St. St-Malo Industrial Park Québec,Québec Delivery times and details: FromMonday and Friday between 7:30 and 11:30 or accordingto the purchase order. IMPORTANT: Between September and May, on average once a week. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
