This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid
solicitation number 21368-148462/A second period with a closing
of May 12th, 2014  at 2:00 Pm. A debriefing or feedback session
will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who
bid on the previous solicitation


DESCRIPTION:

This Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) request involves
the provision, on an as and when ordered basis, of Canteen
products.

IDENTIFIED USER:

Correctional Service Canada, Port-Cartier Institution,
Port-Cartier, province of Quebec.

PERIOD OF STANDING PROPOSAL:

From July 15th, 2014 to November 30th, 2014,.

Note: One or more Standing Offers could be issued for each
period.

DELIVERY:

(Quebec) G5B 2W2	 Monday to Friday, between 8:00 and 11:30 AM.
and between 1:00 and 3:30 PM.


Delay:
Delivery time will not exceed 72 hours after reception of an
order.

Special instructions:
Please note that this Institution is a high security facility
and only one truck at a time can access the unloading dock.
Therefore, the driver may have to wait before entering the
Institution's perimeter.

The supplier shall ensure that his staff members carry a proof
of identity at all times, or they will be denied access to the
site.

QUANTITIES:

The estimated quantities for each of the required items can be
found in Annex B - Working Document - List of products. 





INTRODUCTION OF A NEW CODE OF CONDUCT CERTIFICATION:

Pursuant to section 01 of Standard Instructions 2006, offerers
should provide, with their offer or promptly thereafter, a
complete list of names of all individuals who are currently
directors of the Offerer. 

Canada may, at any time, request that an Offerer provide
properly completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a
Criminal Record Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or
all individuals named in the aforementioned list within a
specified delay.
