DESCRIPTION:

This Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) request involves
the provision, on an as and when ordered basis, of Soft drinks
for the inmate's Canteen.


IDENTIFIED USER:

Correctional Service Canada, La Macaza Institution, La Macaza,
province of Quebec.


PERIOD OF STANDING OFFER:

Du 1er avril 2015 au 31 mars 2016 inclusivement, donc une (1)
période de douze (12) mois.

entre 13h00 et 15h30.  


Delay:

Delivery time will not exceed 72 hours after reception of a
request.

Delivery within 48 hours for emergencies.

Security:

Please note that there might be a delay entering and exiting the
institution.

The client may require that a security investigation be made on
the supplier's delivery staff.

Furthermore, the supplier shall ensure that his staff members
carry a proof of identity at all times, or they will be denied
access to the site.

The delivery vehicles may be searched when entering and exiting
the institution.

QUANTITIES:

The estimated quantities for each of the required items can be
found in Annex B - Working Document - List of products.


APPROXIMATE SCOPE OF THE STANDING OFFER:

La portée approximative de l'offre à commandes est de $56 350.00
pour la période du 1er avril 2015 au 31 mars 2016 inclusivement.


ACCORDS:

Aucun accord ne s'applique pour les produits de cantine, pour le
Service correctionnel du Canada, puisque ces produits sont
achetés pour les détenus et payés par ceux-ci (fonds non
publiques).


ATTESTATION POUR LE CODE DE CONDUITE:

Conformément à l'article 01 des instructions uniformisées 2006,
les offrants doivent fournir une liste complète de tous les
individus qui sont actuellement administrateurs de l'offrant. De
plus, chacun des individus inscrits sur la liste peut être tenu
de remplir un formulaire de Consentement à la vérification de
l'existence d'un casier judiciaire et documentation connexe, tel
que déterminé par la Direction des enquêtes spéciales, Direction
générale de la surveillance.
