Trade Agreement: NAFTA/AIT/Canada FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: AMENDMENT 002 The purpose of this amendment is to modify Annex B Working Document - List of Oroducts for the last period of the request for standing offers being February 1, 2016 to April 30, 2016. ********************************** AMENDMENT 001 The purpose of this amendment is to modify the request for standing offers in order to update the Integrity Provisions. ********************************** DESCRIPTION: This Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) request involves the provision, on an as and when ordered basis, of Meat, Poultry and Fish. IDENTIFIED USER: Correctional Service Canada, La Macaza Institution, La Macaza, Province of Quebec. PERIOD OF STANDING PROPOSAL: From May 1, 2015 to April 30, 3016, divided into four (4) periods of three (3) months. Note: Offers will have to be submitted for each period, as per the schedule in Annex "B". One or more Standing Offers could be issued for each period. DELIVERY: Delivery address: La Macaza Institution 321, Chemin de l'Aéroport La Macaza (Quebec) J0T 1R0 Delivery times and special instructions: Tuesday to Thursday between 8:30 AM and 11:00 AM and between 1:30 PM and 3:00 PM. Friday between 8:30 AM and 11:00 AM. Delay: Delivery time will not exceed 72 hours after reception ofa request. Delivery within 48 hours for emergencies. Security: Please note that there might be a delay entering and exiting the institution. The client may require that a security investigation be made on the supplier's delivery staff. Furthermore, the supplier shall ensure that his staff members carry a proof of identity at all times, or they will be denied access to the site. The delivery vehicles may be searched when entering and exiting the institution. QUANTITIES: The estimated quantities for each of the required items can be found in Annex B - Working Document - List of products. APPROXIMATE SCOPE OF THE STANDING PROPOSAL: The approximate scope of the Standing Proposal is $157,000.00 for the period from May 1st, 2015 to April 30, 2016 inclusive. TRADE AGREEMENTS: The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Free Trade Agreements with Peru, Columbia and Panama. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
