AMENDMENT 001:
The purpose of this amendment 001 is to attach Annex B (Working Document) List of Products which was inadvertently omitted.

Description:
This Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) request involves the provision, on an as and when ordered basis, of Cheese and Egg products.

Identified user:
Correctional Service Canada, La MacazaInstitution,
La Macaza, Province of Quebec.

Period of standing proposal:
From February 1, 2016 to January 31, 2017 divided into four (4)
periods of three (3) months each.
Note: Offers will have to be submitted for each period as per a pre-established schedule of tender closingdates.
One or more Standing Offers could be issued for each period.

Delay:
Products will have to be delivered within 5 business days following receipt of an order.

Emergency services:
At all times during the period of the Standing Offer, when urgent requests are made, the Offeror (s) will commit to supply the goods within seventy-two (72) hours following receipt of an order.

Security:
Please note that there may be delays entering and exiting the institution. 
The client may require that asecurity check be conducted for
staff who effect deliveries.
Additionally, the supplier shall ensure that its staff members carry proof of identity at all times, or they will bedenied access to the site.
The delivery vehicles may be searched when entering and exiting the institution.

found in Annex B - Working Document - List of products.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
