    DESCRIPTION:
    
    This Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) request involves
    the provision, on an as and when ordered basis, of  bakery
    products.
    
    IDENTIFIED USER:
    
    Correctional Service Canada, various institutions, province of
    Quebec.  
    
    PERIOD OF STANDING OFFER:
    
    From May 1, 2014 to April 30, 2015 inclusive.
    
    One or more Standing Offers could be issued.

    Vehicules making deliveries to the Federal Training Center must

    Ste-Anne-des-Plaines (Quebec) J0N 1H0 	 Tuesday and Thursday,
    between 5:30 AM and 11:00 AM.

    between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM  IMPORTANT: Every pallet delivered
    to the kitchen shall be wrapped in a plastic coating film (Saran
    Wrap). Furthermore, the pallets must not exceed five (5) feet in
    height, including the thickness of the pallet.

    Delay:
    
    Delivery will be made in accordance with the delivery date
    mentioned on the call-up document.
    
    Delivery within 24 hours for emergencies.
    
    Minimum value for call-ups will not be accepted.
    
    
    Security:
    
    Please note that there might be a delay entering and exiting the
    institutions.
    
    The client may require that a security investigation be made on
    the supplier's delivery staff.
    
    Furthermore, the supplier shall ensure that his staff members
    carry a proof of identity at all times, or they will be denied
    access to the site.
    The delivery vehicles may be searched when entering and exiting
    the institutions.
    
    QUANTITIES:
    
    The estimated quantities for each of the required items can be
    found in Annex B - Working Document - List of products.
    
    APPROXIMATE SCOPE OF THE STANDING OFFER:
    
    The approximate scope of the Standing Offer is $305,000.00 for
    the period from May 1, 2014 to April 30, 2015 inclusive.
    
    
    CODE OF CONDUCT CERTIFICATION:
    
    Pursuant to section 01 of Standard Instructions 2006, Offerers
    must submit a complete list of names of all individuals who are
    currently directors of the Offerer. Furthermore, as determined
    by the Special Investigations Directorate , Departmental
    Oversight Branch, each individual named on the list may be
    requested to complete a Consent to a Criminal Record
    Verification form and related documentation.
    
    
    TRADE AGREEMENTS:
    
    "The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
    Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
    North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
    on Internal Trade (AIT).

    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
    procurement.
