Nature of Requirements: 

Description: This Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) request involves the provision, on an as and when ordered basis, products of groceries for house units.

Identified user: Correctional Service Canada, Various Institutions, province of Quebec.

Period of standing proposal: From issue date for a period of two (2) years.

Only one Standing Offer could be issued.

Delay: Products will have to be delivered within as indicated in this Annex. Each institution has its peculiarities, please take note.

Security: Please note that there might be a delay entering and exiting the institutions. 
The client may require that a security investigation be made on the supplier's delivery staff.

Furthermore, the supplier shall ensure that his staffmembers carry a proof of identity at all times, or they will be denied access to the site.

The delivery vehicles may be searched when entering and exiting the institutions.

Products and peculiarities:  The supplier must favored house brand products for Archambault min.  For the Federal Training center site 600 and site 6099 the brand and format must be respected.   The supplier will remove prices on the packages to avoid any confusion between the price list provided by the supplier and the current selling price of the received goods. 

The Annex B is only for information and will be use for evaluation purpose only.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
