conditions of Part 6 (Standing Offer and Resulting Clauses).

The purpose of this amendment is to cancel Amendment 002 and to
modify the Request for Standing Offers in order to update the
Integrity Provisions.

AMENDMENT 002

The purpose of this amendment is to:

A)	modify the Request for Standing Offers in order to update the
Integrity Provisions;
B)	extend the closing date in Annex B for the 3rd period from
July 7, 2015 at 9:00 AM
            to July 14, 2015 at 9:00AM; and
C)	as a result, amend the start date in Annex B  (Working
Document) for the 3rd
            period.

AMENDMENT 001

The purpose of this amendment is to rectify Annex B - Working
Document by deleting any reference to the Department of National
Defence.

DESCRIPTION:

This Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) request involves
the provision, on an as and when ordered basis, of fresh Fruits
and Vegetables.

IDENTIFIED USER:

Correctional Service Canada, Joliette Institution, Joliette,
Province of Quebec.

PERIOD OF STANDING PROPOSAL:

From May 14, 2015 to May 31, 2016 divided into thirteen (13)
periods of four (4) weeks.

Note: Offers will have to be submitted for each period, as per
the schedule in Annex "B".

Delay:

Delivery time will not exceed 72 hours after receipt of an order.

Special instructions:

Please note that this Institution is a high security facility
and only one truck at a time can access the unloading dock.
Therefore, the driver may have to wait before entering the
Institution's perimeter.

The supplier shall ensure that his staff members carry a proof
of identity at all times, or they will be denied access to the
site.
  
QUANTITIES:

The estimated quantities for each of the required items can be
found in Annex B - Working Document - List of products.

APPROXIMATE SCOPE OF THE STANDING PROPOSAL:

The approximate scope of the Standing Proposal is $48,000.00 for
the period from May 14, 2015 to May 31, 2016 inclusive.

TRADE AGREEMENTS:

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).
