AMENDMENT 006:

The purpose of this amendment:

- Delete versions 002 of Annex B for regions of Bagotville, Port-Cartier, La Macaza and Montreal and replace them with versions 002. Only versions 003 for these regions will be accepted. 

- Delete version 004 of Annex B for the Quebec region only and replace it with the version 005. Only version 005 for this region will be accepted.

The purpose of this amendment is to delete version 002 of Annex B for the region of Québec and attach a new version 003 of Annex B.  Only version 003 for the Quebec region will be accepted.

To modify the generic e-mail address that is to receive the electronic Excel copies of the Annexes B.

The purpose of this amendment is to delete version 001 of Annex B for the region of Québec and attach a new version 002 of Annex B.  Only version 002 for the Quebec region will be accepted.

DESCRIPTION:   

This request for Regional Master Standing Offer (RMSO) involves the provision, on a as and when ordered basis of Meat, Poultry, Delicatessen and Seafood.


DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE RMSO, OFFERS TRANSMITTED BY FACSIMILE WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTED.

IDENTIFIED USERS:  

The Identified Users authorized to make call-ups against the Standing Offer include any government department, agency or Crown Corporation listed in Schedules I, I.1, II, III, of the Financial Administration Act, R.S., 1985, c. F-11 in the province of Quebec. 

PERIOD OF STANDING PROPOSAL:  

From July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019, divided into four (4) periods of three (3) months. PWGSC reserves the right de issue up to three (3) RMSO per term and per region should this be more advantageous for Canada.

STANDARDS:  

All products must comply with the Food Quality Specifications (FQS) detailed in Annex A and outlined below:

Certain security measures apply for deliveries to the institutions of Correctional Service Canada.

QUANTITIES:  

The estimated quantities for each of the required items can be found in Annex B - Basis of Payment - List of Products.

APPROXIMATE SCOPE OF THE STANDING PROPOSAL:  

The approximate scope of the Standing Proposal is $4 000 000,00 for the period from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019 inclusive.
