AMENDMENT 002:

The purpose of this amendment:

-Is to extend the solicitation closing date for period 02 to January 11, 2019.

-Delete version 001 of Annex B for the regions of Montréal and Québec only and replace them with versions 002. Only versions 002 for the Montréal and Quebec regions will be accepted. 

-Modify the generic e-mail address that is to receive the electronic Excel copies of the Annexe B.

-Modify the description of the way the prices are evaluated (clause M0222T). 

-Modify the days and hours of delivery for Joliette institution (CSC - Montreal region).

-Modify the contact information of the person responsible for the standing offer.

AMENDMENT 001:

The purpose of this amendment is to clarify the description of an item in Annex B - Basis of Payment - List of Products.

DESCRIPTION:   This request for Regional Master Standing Offer (RMSO) involves the provision, on a ‘as and when" ordered basis of Miscellaneous Grocery Products.

IDENTIFIED USERS:  The Identified Users authorized to make call-ups against the Standing Offer include any government department, agency or Crown Corporation listed in Schedules I, I.1, II, III, of the Financial Administration Act, R.S., 1985, c. F-11 in the province of Quebec. 

PERIOD OF STANDING PROPOSAL:  From July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019, divided into two (2) periods of six (6) months each.  PWGSC reserves the right de issue up to three (3) RMSO per term and per region should this be more advantageous for Canada.

STANDARDS:  All products must comply with the Food Quality Specifications (FQS) detailed in Annex A and outlined below:

DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE RFSO, OFFERS TRANSMITTED BY FACSIMILE WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTED.

SECURITY:  Certain security measures apply for deliveries to the institutions of Correctional Service Canada

QUANTITIES:  The estimated quantities for each of the required items can be found in Annex B Basis of Payment - List of Products.

APPROXIMATE SCOPE OF THE STANDING PROPOSAL:  The approximate scope of the Standing Proposal is $7,000,000 for the period from July 1st, 2018 to June 30, 2019 inclusive.

ALL THE DETAILS REGARDING THIS REQUEST ARE INCLUDED IN THE SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS.

THE CROWN RETAINS THE RIGHT TO NEGOTIATE WITH SUPPLIERS ON ANY PROCUREMENT.
