Trade Agreement: CETA / WTO-AGP / NAFTA / CFTA / FTAs with Peru / Colombia / Panama / Korea Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: AMENDMENT 005 The purpose of this amendment is to inform all bidders that the closing date for period 08 of the fresh Fruits and Vegetable tender for all regions is modified as follows: Delete 15/01/2018 and insert 11/01/2018 02:00 PM (EST). There are no modifications to any of the Annexes B. ***************** AMENDMENT 004 The purpose of this amendment is to inform all bidders that only version 004 of Annex B for all (5) regions (Montréal, Québec, Port-Cartier, Bagotville and La Macaza) from this day forward will be valid and accepted. Any version other than 004 will be considered non-receivable. ****************** AMENDMENT 003 The purpose of this Amendment is to: 1. Amend the Standing Offer Authority; and 2. Delete Version 002 of Annex B - List of Products and insert Version 003 of Annex B - List of Products. The estimated quantities for each of the required items can be found in Version 003 of Annex B - List of products. Only offers using Version 003 of Annex B will be accepted from this day forward. ************* AMENDMENT 002 THIS REQUEST FOR STANDING OFFER IS AMENDED AS FOLLOWS: 1)This is another modification to the delivery period for the Joliette institution (SCC), Montreal region, Annex C. ************ AMENDMENT 001 THIS REQUEST FOR STANDING OFFER IS AMENDED AS FOLLOWS: 1)Modification to the delivery period for the Joliette institution (SCC), Montreal region, Annex C. 2)Modification to Annexes B for ALL regions: Bagotville, La Macaza, Montréal, Port-Cartier and Québec. *Please note only versions 002 of each Annex B for each region are, from this day forward, valid and will be accepted. Any version other than 002 will be considered non-receivable. *********** DESCRIPTION This Regional Master Standing Offer (RMSO) request involves the provision, on an as and when ordered basis of Fruits and Vegetables The offerors must be able to deliver the goods being offered to ALL SHIPPING ADDRESSES for the different regions in the Province of Quebec indicated in Annex C. IDENTIFIED USERS: The Identified Users authorized to make call-ups against the Standing Offer include any government department, agency or Crown Corporation listed in Schedules I, I.1, II,III,of the Financial Administration Act, R.S., 1985, c. F-11 in the province of Quebec. PERIOD OF STANDING PROPOSAL: From July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018, divided in twelve 12 periods of one (1) month. NOTE: - Up to three (3) Standing Offers will be issued per period / region (5 regions: Quebec, Montreal, Port Cartier, La Macaza, Bagotville). DELAY: Delivery will take place no later than forty-eight (48) hours from receipt of an order. At all times during the period of the Standing Offer, when Urgent requests are made, the Offeror (s) will commit to supplying the goods within twenty-four (24) hours following receipt of an order. SECURITY - Applies only to the institutions of Correctional Service Canada: Please note that there might be adelay entering and exiting the institutions. The client may require that the supplier and its delivery staff undergo a security investigation. Furthermore, the supplier shall ensure that its staff carry proof of identity at all times, or they willbe denied access to the site. The delivery vehicles may be searched when entering and exiting the institutions. QUANTITIES: The estimated quantities for each of the required items can be found in Annex B - List of products. APPROXIMATE SCOPE OF THE STANDING PROPOSAL: The approximatescope of the Standing Proposal is $2 000 000.00 from July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018 inclusive. TRADE AGREEMENTS: The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA),and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT). Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
