    Replace the boxed lunches details version 001 attachment and to modify the closing date for this standing offer.

    E6MON-20PQPR - Boxed Lunches
    This Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) involves the provision, on an "as and when" ordered basis of BOXED LUNCHES.
    Due to the ongoing and evolving COVID-19 outbreak, where possible, suppliers are encouraged to submit bids electronically using the Canada Post epost Connect application. This service allows suppliers to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Unit. Instructions for using E-Post are included in this solicitation.
    Due to the ongoing and evolving COVID-19 outbreak, The Bid Receiving Unit for the Quebec Region remains open, but with limited hours: Thursdays from 10 am to 2 pm (Eastern Time). The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority. As such, measures are being taken on site to encourage social distancing.
    The Identified Users authorized to make call-ups against the Standing Offer include any government department, agency or Crown Corporation listed in Schedules I, I.1, II, III, of the Financial Administration Act, R.S., 1985, c. F-11 in the province of Quebec. 
    From June 1, 2020 to May 31, 2021, divided into two (2) periods of six (6) months each. PWGSC reserves the right de issue up to three (3) RMSO per term and per region should this be more advantageous for Canada.

    This RFSO allows bid submission files electronically using epost Connect. Interested bidders must refer to Part 2 of the solicitation document in order to obtain the instructions on how to submit their bids electronically.
    Due to the nature of the RFSO, offers transmitted by Facsimile will no longer be accepted.
    The estimated quantities for the items required can be found in Annex B - Basis of Payment (list of products).
    The approximate scope of the Standing Proposal is $2,500,000 for the period from June 1, 2020 to May 31, 2021 inclusive.
