NATURE OF REQUIREMENTS
PURPOSE
NOTE: Please reference RFQ T8010-140002/A 
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is Phase 2 of a two phase
procurement process. At Phase 1, On March 17, 2014, a Request
for Qualifications (RFQ) T8010-140002/A was posted
electronically on GETS for a period of 50 Calendar days.
Pursuant to the competitive RFQ process, Canada has invited the
following three (3) highest ranked Qualified Respondents to
participate in the RFP process, in no particular order:

"	Partenariat Nouveau Pont Saint-Laurent (St. Lawrence New
Bridge Partnership)
"	Saint-Laurent Alliance (Alliance Saint-Laurent)
"	Signature on the Saint-Lawrence Group (Groupe Signature sur le
Saint-Laurent)

The RFP and all related documentation will be made available to
the three Proponents through the use of a Data Room that has
been established for this project. Only the Notice of Proposed
Procurement will be published on GETS. 
PROPONENTS ARE ADVISED THAT buyandsell.gc.ca IS NOT RESPONSIBLE
FOR THE DISTRIBUTION OF SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS.
