The New Bridge for the St. Lawrence Corridor Project Agreement,
QA002-142501/001/NB, was awarded on June 19, 2015. 

On June 19, 2015, Canada committed to releasing the following
information related to the New Bridge for the St. Lawrence
Corridor P3 project:

1.	Request for Proposals (RFP)
2.	Early Work Agreement (EWA)
3.	Project Agreement (PA)
4.	Fairness Monitor (FM) Report 
5.	Value for Money (VfM) Report 

The purpose of this Letter of Interest (LOI) is to publicly
release the historic Request for Proposals (RFP) and associated
Early Work Agreement (EWA) documentation for the New Bridge for
the St. Lawrence Corridor Project. The Project Agreement will be
published in the fall of 2015.
