    Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) intends to retain a Contractor to provide construction remediation services for the project as set out in this Invitation to Tender (ITT), detailed in Annex D - Specification.
    
    COMPREHENSIVE LAND CLAIM AGREEMENT
    The proposed requirement is subject to the Inuvialuit Final Agreement (IFA). The requirements of the Inuvialuit Final Agreement (IFA) will apply to this procurement.     The proposed requirement is subject to the Gwich'in Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement. The requirements of the Gwich'in Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement will apply to this procurement.     Bidders are responsible for obtaining copies of bid forms and special instructions and amendments issued prior to bid closing, and are to ensure they are addressed in the submitted bid. 
    
    VALUE OF PROJECT
    To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated at a value between: Category 2 - $100,001 and $ 250,000
