    This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number EW699-171068/A dated 2016/08/24 with a closing of 2016/10/13 at 14:00 Central Daylight Time (CDT). A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.
    
    Public Services and Procurement Canada - Environmental Services (ES) has been retained by Indigenous and Northern Affairs Canada (INAC) to manage site remediation activities at the Jericho Mine Site in Nunavut. The objective of this Invitation to Tender (ITT) is to retain a Contractor to complete remediation work at the Jericho Mine Site, in Nunavut. The work consists of but is not limited to remediation of select mine components, earthworks, and removal of hazardous materials.  See Solicitation document for full requirement.  The period of the contract is estimated to be from date of award to March 31, 2018.
    
    There will be an optional bidders teleconference on March 6, 2017 starting at 12:00pm C.D.T. Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority before the conference to confirm attendance by emailing teresa.olson@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca, or by calling (204) 230-4558.  Bidders should provide, in writing, to the Contracting Authority, the name(s) of the person(s) who will be attending and a list of issues they wish to table no later than Friday March 3, 2017 at 12:00pm CDT.
    
    The proposed requirement is subject to the Agreement Between the Inuit of the Nunavut Settlement Area and Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada
    
    Value of Project:  To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated at a value between $7,500,000.00 > $10,000,000.00 (taxes extra). 
    
    Bidders are responsible for obtaining copies of bid forms and special instructions and amendments issued prior to bid closing, and are to ensure they are addressed in the submitted bid.
