     ET022-160946 - House Demolition and Site Remediation at
    Langford Community Pasture 
    
    Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) -
    Environmental Services (ES) has been retained by Agriculture and
    Agri Foods (AAFC) to manage the demolition of the former pasture
    manager residence and the remediation of the underlying
    petroleum hydrocarbon (PHC) impacted soil. The remediation of
    the PHC impacted soil includes the off-site disposal of an
    estimated 50 cubic meters of impacted soil. The site is located
    at the PFRA Langford Community Pasture, approximately 14 km
    southeast of the community of Neepawa, Manitoba. The operating
    yard consists of a 160 by 190 m rectangular parcel of land. All
    work to be completed in accordance to these specifications and
    in compliance with all relevant Codes, Guidelines, Standards,
    Criteria, Acts and Regulations. 
    
    The scope of work to be completed by the Contractor includes the
    demolition of the former pasture manager residence including the
    removal of all associated hazardous building materials and the
    excavation of an estimated 50 cubic metres of impacted soil. The
    project also includes the restoration of the area to original
    site conditions. 
    
    Bidders are responsible for obtaining copies of bid forms and
    special instructions and amendments issued prior to bid closing,
    and are to ensure they are addressed in the submitted bid. 
    
    This procurement contains MANDATORY requirements. Failure to
    comply will result in rejection of your bid.
