Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC- formerly known as Public 
Works and Government Services Canada - PWGSC) - Environmental Services (ES) has been retained by Department of National Defense (DND) to ma
nage the remediation of Perfluorinated Compounds (PFC) impacted groundwater by filtration at DND 4 Wing in Cold Lake, Alberta.  All wo
rk to be completed in accordance to the specifications and in 
compliance with all relevant Codes, Guidelines, Standards, Criteria, Acts and Regulations.

The scope of the work to be completed by the Contractor includes but is 
not limited to:

- Mobilization and demobilization
- Site Preparation activities
- Supply and placement of water tanks
- Supply and installation activities
- Winterization of remaining infrastructure

Value of Project:  To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated at a value between:
