TITLE Otter Lake and Montgomery Lake Remediation, Nunavut 2. SUPPLY ARRANGEMENT EW479-192534 This solicitation is selectively tendered to supply arrangement holders under the EW479-192534 request for supply arrangement (RFSA) for remediation construction services for northern contaminated sites and based in the Kivalliq administrative zone of Nunavut. The bid solicitation process is outlined in Part 6 - Supply Arrangement and Resulting Contract Clauses, B. Bid Solicitation. Suppliers without a supply arrangement may take advantage of the ongoing opportunity for qualification at https://buyandsell.gc.ca/procurement-data/tender-notice/PW-NCS-014-11619 3. REQUIREMENT Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is inviting the following supply arrangement holders to bid on a remediation project at Otter Lake and Montgomery Lake in Nunavut. - KUDLIK CONSTRUCTION LTD (EW479-192534/004/NCS) - NUQSANA GOLDER ENGINEERING AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING INC (EW479-192534/015/NCS) - KITNUNA ENVIRONMENTAL LTD (EW479-192534/010/NCS) - NAHANNI NUNAVUT CONSTRUCTION LTD (EW479-192534/023/NCS) - QIKIQTAALUK ENVIRONMENTAL INC (EW479-192534/011/NCS) - SILA/ENGLOBE (EW479-192534/006/NCS) - SUDLIQ DEVELOPMENTS LTD. (EW479-192534/024/NCS) 4. NUNAVUT AGREEMENT This procurement is subject to the Agreement between Inuit of the Nunavut Settlement Area and Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada. Bidders are requested to maximize Inuit employment, subcontracting and on-the-job training opportunities, and involve Inuit businesses, in carrying out the work under this project. The Nunavut Agreement contains a provision requiring the inclusion of socio-economic bid criteria in the solicitation document, when practicable and consistent with sound procurement management principles. These socio-economic bid criteria are referred to as Nunavut Benefits Criteria (NBC) and Inuit Benefits Criteria (IBC), and bidders propose Inuit benefits in their bid submission via an Inuit Benefits Plan (IBP). The requirement is limited to Inuit businesses on the Inuit Firm Registry (IFR). Bids submitted by businesses not on the IFR will render the bid non-responsive and no further consideration will be accorded to the bid.
