    TITLE:   Inuvik Parcel Surveys  
    
    SECURITY: There is no security requirement associated with the requirement.
    
    REQUIREMENT:  Natural Resources Canada, Surveyor General Branch, Northwest Territories Regional Office has a requirement for parcel surveys of Gwich’ìn Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement (GCLCA) boundary parcels. The requirement for this project is for the legal survey of all artificial boundaries and preparation of a Plan of Survey or Compiled Plan and associated Field Notes of Survey suitable for registration at the Land Titles Office for each of the following parcels: 2, 4, 14 and J near Inuvik, Northwest Territories . 
    
    COMPREHENSIVE LAND CLAIMS AGREEMENT(S) (CLCAS):  This procurement is subject to the following Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement(s):
    
    • Gwich'in Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement (1992).
     
    Conditional Set-Aside Under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business 
    This procurement is conditionally set aside under the federal government Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business. In order to be considered, the Bidder must certify that it qualifies as an Indigenous business as defined under PSIB and that it will comply with all requirements of PSIB. For more information on Indigenous business requirements of the Set-aside Program for Indigenous  Business, refer to Annex 9.4 of the Supply Manual.
