Trade Agreement: NONE Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Lead Dust Remediation ET022-161920/A Izzotti, Diana Telephone No. - (403) 680-6109 ( ) Fax No. - (403) 292-5786 ( ) Public Works and Government Services Environmental Services (PWGSC-ES) have a requirement for Lead Dust Remediation at the former shooting range of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) Lab Building in Regina, SK. The successful bidder will be expected to remediate the site by cleaning affected areas and disposing of any impacted materials in an off-site disposal facility that is licensed to receive these materials. All work is to be completed in accordance with the specifications contained in the Statement of Work and in compliance with all relevant Codes, Guidelines, Standards, Criteria, Acts and Regulations. NOTE: There is a mandatory site visit to be held on January 5th 2016 at 2pm. Interested bidders are to meet at the Reception Desk, RCMP Lab Building, 6101 Dewdney Avenue, Regina, SK. Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than 2:00pm (M.S.T.), on Monday January 4th 2016, before the scheduled visit to confirm attendance and provide the names of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders who do not attend or send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation. Bidssubmitted by bidders who have not signed the attendance sheet will not be accepted. Please see the Invitation To Tender and attached documents for complete details. The work is expected to be completed within a three (3) week period and must be completed by March 31st 2016 at the latest. See Solicitation Amendment 001 for more information. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
