Trade Agreement: Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: AAFC Indian Head Landfill cap/close ET022-170213/A Izzotti, Diana Telephone No. - (403) 680-6109 ( ) Fax No. - (403) 292-5786 ( ) Line 1, AAFC Indian Head Landfill cap/close Indian Head Landfill and capping : ET022-170213 Public Worksand Government Services Canada (PWGSC) - Environmental Services (ES) has been retained by Agriculture and Agrifood Canada (AAFC) to manage the closure of a landfill by sorting and removal of waste material, reshaping the existing landfill surface, placement of cover soil barrier (landfill cap), construction of perimeter drainage , placement of topsoil, fertilization and seeding, and installation of perimeter fencing as well as decommissioning of one existing environmental monitoring well as part of final restoration of the site at the AAFC AgriForestry Center in Indian Head, SK (the Site). The contract will be in place for a six week period with the actual onsite work anticipated to take place within a two work period. All Work to be completed in accordance to the specifications and in compliance with all relevant Codes, Guidelines, Standards, Criteria, Acts and Regulations. Standard terms and conditions for this procurement are incorporated by reference into, and form part of, the bid and contract documents. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
