THE BID CLOSING DATE HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO OCTOBER 30, 2015.
This Request for Standing Offer ("RFSO") is to proceed to a
continuous refresh of the National Master Standing Offer of the
Network Equipment Support Services (NESS) which will be left
open until its expiry on October 31, 2012. This will enable
suppliers to submit Offers and qualify at any time in accordance
with Article 6 of the Statement of Work and be added to the list
of the NMSO holders issued in October 2006 EN578-030742/XXX/EW
("NESS NMSOs").
The evaluation criteria have been modified to allow a continuous
refresh to the end of life of the NESS Standing Offer and to
clarify/ simplify the process for submitting an Offer.
All documentation including electronic files applicable to this
solicitation will be distributed by Buyandsell

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
