Due to the complexity of the North Warning System procurement, Canada will be conducting various engagement sessions with industry to solicit comments and feedback. The intent of this Letter of Interest (LOI) is to provide an overview of the anticipated engagement process to be conducted prior to the release of the Request for Proposal (RFP). Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
